Small 'clips'? Any joy?

Hi,

Still nosing round the car, handbbok in hand, and found a small plastic bag tucked away containing half a dozen small plastic 'clips' that look like switch covers or something? They are wedge-shaped, lugs either side at one end, tiny rectangular moulding at t'other.

Not took any pics yet, but will do if no one can suggest / explain what these are?

Since I had the iPod connection fitted, I suppose I should have known

But what do they do? I've got a 1st Gen Nano and it (seems) to fit fine.

They are used to stop the iPod from moving around.

I have an iPod Mini and it just compenstates for the smaller size of the iPod Mini compared to the larger models.

It does warn in the instructions that it may scratch your iPod though. I haven't had any issues with mine getting scracthed but then again I don't take it in and out of the car all the time.

I found a foam pad in a plastic bag in mine, in the passenger rear wing, I assume it's soundproofing?
