Smoke now and again on cold start (with video)

Hey all,
Every so often on cold start i get smoke belching from my exhaust. This doesnt happen every cold start, just every 8/9 times and only cold start.
Anybody any ideas what this could be, should i rule stem seals out if it doesnt do it each time?

Have you got a cat or centre box in the exhaust mate? Might just be condensation by the colour guess your not losing coolant or your oil level isn't rising

Got a sport cat bud, no centre section. Cat will be coming out this weekend if it passes the mot today.
Not loosing coolant atall and no significant changes in oil level but it smells really oily when smoking
