Hi, I currently have a SND 5 speed manual in my car, the bearings are toast on it so replacing the gearbox with another one (cheaper than getting them refurbed). I've contacted a breaker yard and they've said they have a SJD gearbox from a 2021 polo and that it should fit as its the same. Anyone had any experiance with these two gearboxes? My car is a Ibiza 2018 1.0mpi with the SND gearbox and then SJD gearbox is off a polo. I did have a brief look at it and the bellhousing looks the same on them but im worried about the drive shafts not going in if its different?? Appreciate your help. Thanks
