someone has sratched my car!!!!!

Hey all my car was parked in my street and i have just gone out to see my car and it is all scratched down the side (bloody jippos)
does anybody know anyone in the south wales area or the north east area that will repair this or give me a quote on the price

How deep is the scratch? Has it been keyed or has someone drove into it?

someone has literally drove into the side of it the rear drivers side is all scratched, it was like a transit tipper that did it and the door is buckled a little bit
