Anyone got one of these and used it with the Bluetooth kit in the mk2 Leon. Does it work ok?. Do all the functions load up. My K800i is due an upgrade and i fancy this phone.

SonyEricsson normally do work fully with the car kit. The C902 will be the latest A200 platform phones so should be OK. I have a K770i which runs on the same platform and it works, as well as the W910i as well. Ones to watch out for are Nokia and I think LG, but the best way to check is if the phone you want has the PBAP (Phone Book Access Profile) in it's bluetooth stack. EMail the manufactuer / network if you want to be doubly sure.

Don't bother with the C902, the bluetooth may work OK but the rest of it is slow, other parts absolutely useless.

Mine's in a bag going back to o2.

All Sony Ericsson hsets run slow unless you leave them on the Sony Ericsson Homescreen

Change the Homescreen to Sony Ericsson (Menu > Settings > General > Homescreen).

Also if necessary download the latest SW from the www. sonyericsson.com website, also ensure that all txt msg are deleted from all areas of the hset, as this is also a known cause.

Good housekeeping of the Txt Inboxes etc does offer improvement.

Works brilliantly m8.
You just need to pair it the first time then reconnects automticaly every time you get in the car and start your engine.
All steering wheel buttons work and so does the phonebook , used it since friday no problems at all in fact im so glad i got the bluetooth.

My phones are always up to date and tidy, messages are deleted weekly, etc. Its the Symbian software thats the let down, mine was "up to date" according to the updater but crashed a lot doing simple things. My w880i works a treat so I'll stick with that.

I have had three Sony Ericsson hsets in the short time I have had my leon and they have all been spot on (K610i, W810i, W850i).

I myself will have a Sony Ericsson C902 in the next few weeks as soon as work deliver it, so lets hope that one works aswell as the others.
