Spacesaver wheel &tyre for Ibiza fr 2018

Just bought a wheel and tyre from breakers in Manchester. It was a Skoda wheel size 1865/60 R15H.Will this be ok as spare for my 2018 Ibiza current tyre size 215/45R17??
Wanted a spacesaver but they sent me the full size Skoda alloy wheel.

It sounds like you've got yourself a full-size spare, which can work fine as a temporary replacement if needed, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind. The wheel and tire you mentioned (1865/60 R15H) are smaller than your current setup (215/45 R17). This difference means the overall diameter and rolling circumference are not the same, which could impact your car's handling and possibly throw off your speedometer slightly when driving on the spare.
