spax rsx546??? hight and ride adjust

just fitted these to my car, can some on we explain the height adjustment to me, do you wind the adjustment nut and lock nut up or down to go lower???

go down with them mate, make sure you lock them off though when your done. mine is about 13 threads from bottom at rear and about 10 at front i think, cant go much lower as it knocks. need any help i'm only in grimsby

lol mines makin some horible noises at the front, mine it as far down as it can go! plus i have 17" on

lol, i'm on 16's and still got about 10 threads to go, dont have it very stiff either, think i'm 6 turns and front and 4 at rear
