Speed/dial readout Fr

Do the uk Fr's speed dials only read in km/hr? All the photos ive seen on the web seem to be this way.not usefull if the whole country runs on mph speed limits!

in the UK your speedo dial will read in MPH and you get KPH on your digital display (if you buy a UK model)
