What so putting one of these sports cats from ebay on doesnt make a light come on the dash? is that what your saying basically Jammy? I've been wanting one really as ive bought a milltek cat back and although it has added a noise when you put your foot down it isnt really that noisy and ive heard adding a dp and cat will make it sound nice, i dont really wanna be paying the price of a milltek tho

Correctamundo. Sport cats don't throw the EML as decats do.

Thats good news then lol, i didnt know that, i did wonder if it might not because of there being a cat still but i just presumed it would do the same as their being a decat

I can confirm.... No warning lights have come on my dash due to this sports cat! I've probably done 2k miles (including 2 very long journeys) since having it installed!

My MOT isn't until Oct, so it'll be a bit longer until I can update on this!

MOT shouldn't be a problem either for sports cats (unless your cat or lambda sensors are fuct!).

I've done 20k with my full turbo back Milltek and it hasn't missed a beat. 2 passed MOTs. No weld issues either.

Had my ebay exhaust fitted yesterday at a local garage, guy who fitted it was very impressed with the quality. I also had the welds checked out with one of the good welders at work and asked him to re weld anything that was needed. he took the exhaust away and came back ten minutes later telling me that all the welds were very good. He has a Miltek on his car and he could not believe the price i paid for the exhaust (£150 ebay win)

No fault lights and I took my car into Revo after the exhaust was fitted to check for any hidden faults before the remap in a two weeks time, so i could get anything sorted before the remap.

No faults found. Its going to be a long two weeks.
