Sounds like the aux belt, but it is brand new, the tensioner is not bouncing around and the belt is not flapping like it would if the alternator pulley was bad, noise is coming from the upper belt area I just cannot isolate it. Goes away when revved and also goes away as soon as the car is starting to warm up. Idler pulley possibly? Tensioner just slightly weak?
