Squealing when going around 45km/h

I have a weird problem I'm trying to pinpoint. What I have so far is that the car has to be warmed up, I have to be going between 39 to 45/50km/h. Squealing happens mostly when I turn right, but it happens when going straight as well (although not alway). It is not related to AC (I found a couple of posts suggesting that issue), nor I think it's related to an engine belt (also something I found here). So far we have the impression that it's a drivers side wheel problem. We are almost certain that it is outside since it can be heard much louder with windows open.

The mechanic changed what I think is called a drive shaft (or propshaf) cv joint (the joint that connects to the gearbox), wheel bearing and tie rod end. He says that brake pads are ok. Now it seems to be even worse and catching on more quickly

here is the video/ sound.
