ST rear side window aerial & DAB?

My ST has aerial elements in the rear side windows (estate part), but they are not connected. At least the one on the drivers side is not, as I can see the connector dangling down. I can't see the other side without unscrewing a trim panel. I assume the standard radio uses the element in the rear screen. Could the side elements be for DAB radio and only connected if the car has a factory-fit DAB option? This interests me as I an into DAB radio. Does the saloon have any form of side window aerials?

Yes my 2011 plate saloon has DAB radio and side window aerial system, but have not had it long enough to check about leads !!

I spoke to the dealer today where I have ordered my Exeo SE Tech from and asked about the availability of a DAB upgrade and was told that one was not available for the Exeo. Shame, guess I'll have to get a third-party add on (DAB via bluetooth?)

I have just bought an Acoustic Solutions DAB ICS-100 for £30 from Dab-On-Wheels and am playing around with it at the moment. Will report further in due course.
