Still a lack of boost, what else to do?

can anyone tell me if that guide is the right way to do it and if he has missed anything out?
got my piping today so will be replacing all the factory stuff tomorrow with it. my boost pipe i clamped where its T'd and it didnt make a difference so its not that, im still going to replace the pipe for that too though. is it T'd in the right place?..

Have you checked the vac lines under the inlet ? As the hose in the pic looks old
And your dv is reversed also make sure the black and white check valve is the right way round or just omit it

i didn't fit the gauge just making sure its in the right place. i did the n249 bypass using the guide i posted the link to, just want to know if that is the correct way to do it..

okay i just need some help..

the guide i used, told me to Tpeice the pipe that goes from the inlet the FPR and run it to the DV, but really what i should have done was leave the FPR as it was, and just run the other hose on the inlet that goes to the N112, to the DV?

I'd get rid of that crap see through vac pipe going off the side of the inlet to your boost gauge that's known to split and go really soft I had a problem where I'd get 15psi then only get 7 I changed all the vac pipes to silicone then its boosted fine since I done that
