my car was broken into a while back my locks are screwed still! the barrel just falls out. not got alot of cash as ive just had to buy new headlights, lamda sensor and fix a few other things on the car for mot.. been searchin around local scrappys to try and get some locks and keys. aint found nothing yet.. anyone suggest best cheapest way i can go about locking my car!!

You know that a 6n polo has the same locks right?
Same thing happened to mines, i just went to a scrappy and took the whole door handle as it's much easier to replace that than fiddle around with the lock. Only cost me a tenner for locks all around.
Mines didnt get broke into either, i turned the key one day and the little end part of the barrel snapped and fell down.

fit a rear (or pair of) door handle and delock it ?
just don't block the rear in case (more when than if) the remote packs up
