Thanks Dave C, only thing is, if i get the work done from seat, at least the work will have a warranty on the pumps fitted, so i guess thats a good thing, if i get work done private, might save myself £150-£200? but is it worth it?
also they have offered m extended warranty for £600 for 12 months, do you think its worth me getting the extended warranty on it?
What do you think would of caused the pumps to fail? my friend says it could of been contaminated fuel, as its diesel someone could of put petrol in it? or bio diesel? ? ?
Now im thinking, will something else mess up in the long run, im sooooooo stressed with all this now![]()
Being a petrolhead I am interested in what a Camden Pump actually is?
There was a recent thread on here about after Seat warranty warranties.... a forum search should find it

Or fitting 2 pumps, changing the filter, and telling the customer that they did it as a matter of routine due to contamination (or some such issue) and charging said customer aswell. I really must stop being so cynical.![]()

Seat quoted me £437.00 for my FR TDI [ extended warranty] - what did you have has extra!?!?Hot hatch : This is a Seat warranty, for £600 which includes 12 months Green Flag breakdown cover..
does anyone else know any good private warranties? Other than deal one, as after all £600 is a lot of money![]()
