subframe removal?

morning guys, anyone have a guide or know how to remove subframe on a leon cupra.

i have a new subframe here, with new ths dbmount installed, tt wishbone bushes on the way and am going to install the tt subframe rear bushings with s3 lower brace aswell.

question is how do i remove the old subframe, theres no section in mk4 haynes, and am struggling with search on here aswell?

dunno if im blind willie, but all i can see is removing wishbone from balljoint then a pic of your subframe?

need to know which bolts to undo, steering rack issues, torque settings for retightening, best way to remove.... call me thick if ive missed it pal.

Get yourself the ELSAWIN copy off of Ebay, that is what I used.
