Symptoms of failing DMF...?

Cupra Tdi remapped to 200 bhp/300 lbs ft. Present mileage 108k.

DMF last changed at 60k miles.

A tempremental issue is apparent with my car and I wondered if these could be the symptoms of a failing DMF?

From stationary, first gear, release clutch pedal and apply throttle. Groaning and rumbling sound coupled with vibration for a very brief period. More noticeable if performing a hill start and if steering/manouvering.

The groaning/rumbling/vibration will occur when changing into to other gears and more apparent under load/boost.

Are these considered likely symptoms for a problematic DMF? Any other possible causes for this?

Thanks :)

all mounts good? even with 200 horses it shouldn't be shot @60k unless it's been abused or was a Genuine SEAT part (chinese division)

I do know the engine mounts have not been replaced as yet, any idea on how I'd know they're on their way out?

I haven't abused the car, and no track days or 1/4 sprints either. Pretty sure the DMF in there is a SACHS part. It does seem to be tempremental, today the issue isn't apparent.
