Nice to see the old Toledo still racing in the BTCC with the newer stuff that's out there. I really love the look of the S2000 Toledo (giving me some ideas here for the v5).

Who bought the Seat 08 BTCC TDI car?

Not even sure they got sold yet.

CVR's is ex WTCC, so they don't have it

BTC racing have sold their Toledos (to Maxtreme/McMillan according to reports), so they have completed their first step to running 2 Leons in 2009, whether they have them yet is anybodies guess. Suppose they could have looked at the ex SEATSport TDI chassiss'

Both the SEAT Sport UK cars were S2000 WTCC spec cars anyway, however SEAT Sport SA are not making the TDI engines available for customers. So the UK cars as and when they are sold will be supplied with SEAT Sport customer FSI engines.
