Hi Rob ,nice to finaly have a chat to you last nite considering we are only about 4 doors appart.I recon the new car is well bad ,and the colour defo suits it.Have to meet sometime .
cheers ja.

I bit in your face for my liking but does look the business. I prefer the colour to the Kiwi Green one's, enjoy it.

Speed Blue is my favourite Cupra colour at the moment.

My other half wanted me to get an Orange Focus ST when I was last looking at cars before I bought the Cupra. I'm glad I didn't get one as I think I would have been bored with the colour quickly.

Cheers

love it, if i had that choice when i bought my car i would have got it... its a good thing that its not everyones taste because there will be alot less of them, unlike mine which has turned into an Ar$ehole... "everyones got one"

Cheers guys and girl.

I'm looking at doing something to it but there are so many options, i don't know whether to get a remap, whiteline anti lift kit, or some arb's, i know most of you will say remap, but i think i'd like to sharpen the handling up a bit first,

Jamie, nice to meet you too, your car looks mean aswell, only seen the side though and looked pretty nice

That's a beaut car pal I'm gunna get one wen I sell up I'd love to get one of them if I can afford it, reckon u shud get it lowered and skirts n spoiler aswell like

As an interesting observation - On the Parkers Car Review website, under the Leon FR section, if you look at the GALLERY for this car - they show the FACELIFT Leon, in this Orange and Black combination... Your car is turning into an Icon already. ;)

Except the OP's car clearly isn't a facelift model....

get the map, burn out those utterly rubbish standard tires and get some goodyear assys on. The cupra will then handle like a cupra should. Car will bite in and turn with great agility like a cooper s.

How much better does the cupra handle with just eibach springs? Will it improve the handling or ruin it? Not looking at get coilovers for the moment, I'm going to get rear spoiler then may add the skirts if I feel it needs it,

The car has got bridgestone potenza re050 don't know how they compare with other tyre makes on the leon but I had the goodyears on my Megane and they were good

The RE050's are the standard tyre on the Impreza WRX that I'm trading in for my FR TDi 170 CR next month.

the bridgestones are ok, but I found that they dont grip enough for the cupras suspension setup ended up with the nose going wide too easily, or the front end skittling across the road as if driving on ice.

The goodyears just grip and hold and allow you to get alot more power down through the corners. Rapid sharp turns are also now possible without loads of understeer.

The eibachs do make things better ride and handling wise according to people who have had them fitted. There are two versions of eibach lowering springs cant remember which one is the more popular choice.

Had a quote to get the roof done and it was 350 quid :0
I had the prokit on the Megane and it was good, what is the difference between the sportline and pro kit? I know that one is lower than the other but are they the same stiffness
