Thinking about a remap -1.6 TDI CR

Hi, I've had my 2011 Ibiza 1.6 TDI for a little while and was thinking about getting a remap for a bit better acceleration when overtaking.

I've called around a few local places near me (High Wycombe) and been offered the following:
ECO 130 BHP (+27) and 280Nm (+30)
Stage 1 136 BHP (+36) and 300Nm (+50)
Stage 2 150 BHP (+47) and 330Nm (+70)

What can I do safely and not ruining the flywheel? Stage 2 sounds a bit overkill for standard components to me or will it be ok? What's the standard flywheel rated to?

Any advice on what to go for?
