Thinking about selling the FR for something else!

What are the chances of me getting insured on a Cupra? I'm 22 years with 2 years no claims.
Should be able to sell this car for 11k I reckon and buy a slightly older mk2 LCR?

Im 23 with 6 years NCB on a Modified LCR

Insurance company said usually they wont touch under 25's now but seeing as i had a clean licence and 6 years NCB protected and a house owner they said ok go for it

I put a standard LCR on compare the maket and got quotes of 10k+ lol

Your so lucky to be able to drive one at your age
But then again my mate is 24 and is currently driving a GTR. He moved onto a GTR after his Focus RS which was pushing out 440 bhp revo stage 4 =]

will you hav to understand its a diesel

these petrol boys hav it easy get a petrol go out buy all generic upgrades with ease and away they go massive power

you hav a diesel and for what it is its rather qwick probably the fastest diesel in your area the resson i like my diesels is its a challange to get more power

i dont think i would like it if i could just go out and spend 10grand on the car in upgrades like these petrol boys can


you hav to compare your car with other diesels and let the petrols fight it out between themselfs


i would keep it as its a very tidy car and looks in mint condition and you hav not ruined it at all

I agree with Kilner

When i had my FR TDI it was fairly unique and special, i didnt stop at a stage1 remap like most people

My LCR is fairly unique as there isnt many LCR's about but at the end of the day ive spent a few hundred on it and already got stupid power out of it

People at work used to ask about the car all the time and when i said it was a diesel they where shocked, A fast petrol isnt that unusual

but you hav to rember this is not setup properly at all im down 5 psi of boost and thats a lot

I agree with Kilner actually, and I'm a total petrol head soon to be converter to dastardly derv-er

It's a beaut of a car you have mate and I say keep it and tweak it

Don't think I will go stage 2! Don't think I can handle that much smoke lol.
Guess I will be saving up to take a trip to Manchester for s.hark! Do they have curtesy cars?^^ dropping the car there for a full day will be dragging unless it's close to a shopping Center?

Mine do not smoke like that but is standard turbo not hybrid one

btw my video is like stage 3 but the boost is not ther so its as tho i have a blown boost pipe with teh added 5 psi boost it should clear 80% of that smoke up
