Thinking of getting a 290 Lux. Why shouldn't I?

I know I've come to the wrong place to ask the question, because it's a stupid one.

Currently have a 18 Leon MK3 FR 1.4 Technology, Stage 1. Been looking at low mileage 20 plate 290 Lux with most bells and whistles. Are there any reason you/I shouldn't? Should I look somewhere else?

The main complaints about the facelift 290 are the very quiet exhaust due to the added GPF filter in the exhaust.
Also - if all of your trips are short - it may be asking you to go for a regen drive to clear the gpf now an again.

I have that exact car and love it. More than happy to answer any specific questions you have. I dont see any drawbacks apart from the saw tooth tyre issue I have posted about. But a new set of tyres will sort that so no big issue.

I would recommend it, very much so.

Is it better to get the standard 290 instead of the Lux, as it doesn't have Kessy keyless entry? Might be more secure and cheaper to insure?
