Third Service and First MOT

Cant believe three years have passed so quickly, but they have.

Picked up our new FR Black Edition on 4th July 2020 and today it had it's third service and first MOT (which it passed) - mind you, at just 13.5K miles I'd expect it to!

I've steered away from the main dealer network now (not impressed by the attitude of my local one a year or so ago) but I would have done so anyway really. Today the car was at MD Autobahn (Audi/SEAT/VW specialists), off the A23 between Redhill and Gatwick. I'll continue to use them in future.

All I need to do this week is extend the SEAT warranty for the next year.

Glad it's going well. Fortunately I have a family owned Seat dealership reckon they are more careful to keep their customers sweet. The owner walking the floor, keeps the staff concentrated on customer service. Same at my old dealer.

Had five Seat dealers over the years. One did a management buy out and "re-engineered" it's staff as one of its director / owners told me (sacked some). When they sold it on it went downhill. Then there was the garage that bragged it's staff could speak twenty languages or something but couldn't repair the car. Left bolts not tightened up.
