Thread of all the changes I’ve made to my Leon 1.0 tsi

Here’s the stock car, bought in January this year. Had a few inspiration pics I found online.

First mod was a subtle dechrome of the trim around the grill. Used some gloss black vinyl which I found on eBay, pretty easy to find and apply onto the car. A small change but it made a nice difference.

Next came the front splitter and the black badge on the front grill. Splitter from LXUD Customs, gloss black finish.

Spoiler came next, went for the cupra style spoiler again in gloss black. I recently took it off to reapply it as it was applied with 3m tape, it’s weird how naked the car looks without it.

Not sure if this counts as a mod, but I’ll include it anyways. Wind deflectors all round after the spoiler.

Diffuser came next. Probably my favourite mod so far on my car, at some angles it looks incredibly aggressive although it took a while to fit.

Black wing mirrors came next. Spray painted in gloss black, took about 60 minutes to dry then I clipped them back on. Looks great when the sun hits

Finally (done today) came the alloys. Upgraded to the Leon FR 18 inch. Hoping to get them powder coated in gloss black to match the theme of the car, all that’s left is side skirts and some lowering springs and that’s my project complete! Considering a light purple/blue chameleon tiny as well, along with the regular window tints front and back.

Nice work! Also get the dynamic indicators in the mirrors, they make a big difference. You can also add the rear window spoilers, which are functional aero pieces.
