Been running a 2020 Ibiza Excellence DSG for a bit now and wondering if its possible to get a better throttle response ?
At this time it feels very slow for the first 50 percent and appears to be more responsive over the last bit of input.

Any help would be appreciated. I know VW Polos and Golfs can be changed and hope the Ibiza can be modified .

You can do it via OBDEleven, Carista or any other OBD device that supports this kind of modification. You can choose between "Incremental, controlled over time" which is standard or "Direct, controlled over threshold" which is the one you're looking for.

You could try DTUK for one of there pedal boxes , I've had several on Vauxhall corsa's , Astra' , ecoboost fiesta and a 2016 fiesta st. Great bit of kit and well worth the money. Several modes to drive in Eco , sport or sport + then you can fine tune those if required Changes the throttle response massively and makes the car feel more 'alive'.

hi, wrench can do a way better job than that, my car is pushing 200bhp with a 1.0 engine. Now that's what i call wrench sauce!

You can try OBDEleven or any coding program to code Throttle response. Or, if you find a good remap company they can program it too.

Don't you lose warranty with this stuff?
They can determine it if they look. Especially if you go to fix any problem with your car, when they check OBD Control Unit they can see what devices have connected before to the car. If you have a warranty you shouldn't do any coding. In my country(Turkey) if you do basic coding they don't take care a lot, but I don't know how they act to coded cars in Europe or UK.
