Throttle unresponsive at times

Hello,

Car: Seat Ibiza 1.2 TDI 75 (2012)

Kinda hard issue to explain, but I'll give it my best shot. The car is 99% working fine and running with no issue.

However when slowing down and coming to a full or almost full stop, if I hold the clutch down and change down to the lowest gears (mostly in 1 but slightly in 2) it's like the throttle is completely unresponsive for a second or so before it engages properly. The rev counter doesn't move at all, and nothing will happen for a second or so before the car suddenly seems to realize the throttle is down and the revs flies up. I persume it's not a clutch issue if it happens like that.

After the throttle "starts working" it will keep working without any issues until the car has come to another full or almost full stop. There are no issues in the higher gears and/or when the car is running at highway speeds.

It's kind of an annoying issue, especially in slow city driving or when parking.

I've done a scan with my AD20 Pro OBD2 scanner and found no relevant fault codes.

Any ideas?

Regards!
