Time to Upgrade the Speakers me thinks, What do you have / Recommend

Hi all, just wanted to know what you guys have / recommend to have Speaker wise in your Leon's


I have a Nice Vibe 10" Sub with 75wx4 Panasonic head unit.
Was first quite happy with the standard speakers but now feel its not quite up to the standard I'm looking for.

The thing I'm looking for most is Nice Crisp/Quality Sound but at the same time don't have to worry giving them some Loud Vol on occasions.

My Mate had some genesis speakers and they sounded amazing! wanted to buy but cant find them about at the mo.....


Please Recommend makes, web sites and Price if you can

Budget?

For a £100 you could get the infinitysd in the for sale section here and the adapters and those would suit you right for a while

for a bit more try some JL audio speakers nice crisp mid tones .

Rainbow are nice with the bottom ends coming in at about 99 quid a pair never heard a thing wrong about them.

for the smaller of budgets there are some nice alpine comps about at the £40-60 range.

For value theres JBL comps but onl if you must.

Volume id go for Alpine type Rs.

For the best of the best id go Focal. but for £400+ a set mabe not!!

An active sub means its got its own internal amp.

Did you go for all 4 speakers infinity or did you just replace the front 2? Also how hard was it to fit as i have never set up speakers with cross over box?

Am i right about the size of speakers for the Leon is 6" (16cm)
