too many communication erorr (vcds hex-v2)

hello friends, I have seat ibiza 2006. I have a problem, it gives me too many communication eroro on veds. When I test it it gives me k1 ok K2 ok, but when I go to engine it gives me that error. on golf 5 things are great but on ibiza this is a problem
