hey ive been browsing over this site for a while now since getting my cupra, only sighned up recently though so this is first post.

i bought a 54 plate cupra early last year but loving those new fr models that came out with the cupra r body kit. i was considering trying to trade mine in for one, well a tdi. or for that matter a tdi of the same age as mine.

i have looked about on this site but i dont really have alot of knowledge on this kinda buisness so does anyone know what i could look to expect as a value for mine on a trade in. my car has 13000 miles now all serviced and standard spec

thanks

Why dont you just get the LCR front bumper fitted and buy a set of LCR 18" alloy wheels. Will probably be a lot cheaper than trading it in and buying another. Just a thought.

I just bought an 05 Leon FR TDI (ex-demo 5k miles)with the Cupra R bumpers/alloys for 12,800 but was only given around 7,600 for my Ibiza FR TDI.
Hopefully this car will do me a good long time now, cant afford to change again....

your not the first to wish they had got the tdi first off,

I did this recently, have'nt regretted it at all.

I suppose you get to a certian age and you have to start growing up a little.

THe TDi is sporty and sensible, in my eyes its a win win situation. Just kick myself everyday as to why i never test drove the diesel when i bought my petrol. esepcially as i was already driving a tdi golf at the time. DOH.

ain't hindsight beautifull!!!!
