Its an out dated photo of the silver one but i have a full build thread over on club lupo
HERE

Juggling the three is quite a task but i've got plans for 'em all.

Started cracking on with the new one already

I've got cruise control retrofit on order so that should be here sometime this month.
Hopefully ill be getting the brakes refurbished and rebuilt once i sort my other two out, braided lines will be going on when i refit those but i don't know how long it will be until i can fund that.
Other plans include:
Gearbox oil change + Magnetic plug
Oil change + Magnetic plug
Newsouth power gasket
Forge pipework (Black)
Wheel refurb
New rubber
New centre caps
20mm Rear spacers
Miltek turbo back
Remap
Front lower strut brace
Front ARB
Rear ARB
H&R Coilovers

Off the top of my head but there will be more.. I desperately need the funds though so most of this will likely come once i finish my plans with the twins.

So i got my lower strut brace

This is how i fitted my LCR splitter, Cut holes in the bumper for the clips, fits like it was made for it.

14355329035_b78f396bfe_b.jpg

Also not the cheapo self tapping screws, drilled the holes then pinned it with machine screws, washers, spring washers and wing nuts. Its on solid, dosen't budge :D
Treated my glass with Gtechniq G1 but it started to spit down during the curing so i'm hoping its not been sabotaged by the weather..

Thanks man, when i do, i like do to things properly :D
Not quite sure i like the way it is sitting at the moment though, some angles it looks spot on but some angles the centre section looks a bit recessed, too far under the car.. Opinions?

I don't want it sticking out too far as it will look a bit lairy, you know, a bit 'barry boy body kit'

A couple of things - picked up some OEM xenons so they're all fitted and working, also a 9 hour detailing session has left me with this. Lovely.

Cheers man, i've been thinking about trying to retrofit folding heated mirrors and auto leveller for the headlights but trying to find parts and work out wiring is a nightmare. Saving up for a Bluflame turboback and remap at the moment along with many other things at the moment

Small update, fitted my newsouth power gasket and while the inlet was off i thought id give it a bit of a polish and clean up.
Polished the main body of it and the rest is in high temp matt black

Just replaced my D1S' with 6000K's and sorted out the range adjustment motors as they were not connected, also repaired the inner lamp loom as there was a split wire. Need to get them aligned as I'm getting flashed left, right and centre :cartman:

Much quicker then my other two, big plans but little money make for slow progress unfortunately.
Currently trying to find an electrical gremlin which is causing my alarm to go off randomly, i had this problem a few months back which was caused by a faulty door microswitch which i replaced, i have traced it this time back to a suspect earth on the front longitudinal member, no problems so far after cleaning it up but only time will tell.
Love the car though :D

Turns out the Boot was the culprit, contacts were corroded to bits.
On another note I've fitted a full milltek turbo back with sports cat

Cluster LED's swapped to white
Dechromed badges

GTI spoiler
Ibiza sport alloys
Sport rear beam with disc brakes
Full powerflex polybush suspension upgrade
Whiteline rear ARB
Polo 6R ariel
Clear side repeaters
EGR delete
K&N filter
Remap
Rear wiper delete
One touch indicator retrofit
Programable wiper relay
5'th gear swap

And a couple of other bits i've inevitably forgotten.

I am having the drivers door microswitch issue, is it hard/expensive to change it?

Cost me about £25. I got a used door lock module from ebay from a late model car and replaced it myself.
Its fairly easy if you know what your doing, i think there is a guide up on here somewhere that shows you how to remove the lock module, i have the workshop manual though so i had two references. Off the top of my head i remember you have to remove the glass which is done by lowering the window so the bolts align with the access ports on the inner door skin. the lock module can be quite fiddly to remove as it is held in by a little plastic clip, i believe the lock module is attatched to the inner door skin so you have to remove the whole innards of the door including the window regulator which can be quite difficult to get out. I would not recommend attempting this unless you have thoroughly read the guide and understand how to tackle it.
