Turbo Or Dump Valve Issue

Hey guys, just looking for some advice. I hva e aSeat leon and this is the noise im getting. Is it normal? I have lookid into it and been told it can be or it could be a proble, Its known as flutterdump aparently. Any advice?

Hi it can be called that lol usally turbo flutter basicly all thats happaning is ur dump valve is not opening so wen release accelerator under boost it carnt go no where so ur turbo spins foward and bk giving the flutter sound to fix check ur dv vacume pipe and spring hope this helps
