Turbo question

Hi peeps
Just a quick question what turbo is fitted to a skoda Octavia vrs auq
Engine code on a 04 plate also would this turbo bolt straight on to my
Cupra ayp engine code?

Should fit my cupra is auq i think its either a ko3s or ko4 not 100percent..

Sure its a ko3s so ye will fit straight on. Ko4 will need manifold down pipe and more i think but the k03s will go straight on then you will have to get it mapped for moar powerrrrrr!!! Like mine

Oct VRS is ko3s 180bhp.. Same as Leon Cupra petrol.. Will be direct fit to your Ibiza.

I didn't know they made them to 04 though..

How much is a ko3s worth second hand?

Yeah you would but if you want its full potentiol then get it mapped in. Might run rich or sumet. They sell for bout £250 i think. How much you getting it for??

250 i think, mines running around 245 21psi max boost and holds around 17.

I ment in the mk1 octavia shape as the 2.0tfsi turbo wouldn't fit... Not saying they didn't make them that late just didn't realise they did as I can't ever recall seeing a mk1 that new...

240 bhp is about the tops for the ko3s... IMO 250 isn't realistic at all..

Mine was 235 with water injection and all the supporting bits with a jabbasport map.

Ko3s makes a fast Ibiza,the turbo suits it really well and weirdly worlds apart from the standard ko3
