I was led to believe that the MK3 Cupras were fitted with water cooled turbos, hence why you can hear a pump for about 10 minutes after you switch the engine off but I could be smoking crack?

The problem is when it stops running round the engine and burns to the inside of your turbo, but according to some thats fine......

just take it slowly the last few miles of your journey and things will start cooling themselves off... I just turn my car off when i get where im going but then always run a few miles as a cooldown
