Turning off hillstart and ESC?

Hi guys. Is there a way to turn off the hillstart assist?

Also is there any way to completely shut off ESC? There is the sport mode but I understand it still allows the system to interfere.

And does anyone know if ESC sport completely shuts off traction control? Or does that stay on to some extent too?

ESC can be turned off. If I remember correctly you need to toggle it via steering wheel controls on the dash.

Thanks. The way it's turned off in my car (at least to sport mode in which it's only partially off) is via the media display. I'm not aware of any wheel controls that can do it. Would you happen to know how as it's not something I found in the manual? I've got a 2022 Ibiza FR 1.5

I like having full control over the electronic control systems like I've always had in my past cars. I certainly wouldn't drive much with it off. But if I take my car on a closed course I would like the option to be available.

Currently there is only an option to turn TC off and also to set ESC to sport mode in which I assume TC is partially on. I want to be able to control these individually and set to various levels (ie: on off and sport)

While we're on the topic, does my model car have launch control? I know the arona FR is supposed to. What about the Ibiza?
