Uncomfortable and noisy ride

Im the owner a 2010 Ibiza.
Recently i started to find the car uncomfortable over speed bumps. A couple of years ago became noise at front. Now is noisy and uncomfortable.
Maybe i need to replace the shock absorvers. But besides that, I read that the noise may came from the rubber on the anti-roll bar. Did anyone already replace those?

Normally, if these ARB bushes are worn, you will be able to detect this by grabbing the ARB at each of its mounting bushes one at a time, and you should feel and/or hear a bit of movement.

Most of the front suspension noises will be caused by the lower arm(s) rear voided bushes starting to tear, ie fail, plus the usual annoying "mooing" noises from the top mountings moving slightly within the body "cups" they are located in.
