underboosting??

My car is only making 0.5-0.7 bar of pressure at 2130rpm(VAGcom certified) what is the full amount of BAR pressure that should be made.

Is it STD or remapped?
STD iirc is 8psi which is around 0.8 bar I think
Remapped 15-22psi which is well over 1 bar

yea tom w is right, check for any split pipes and its maybe worth replacing n75 if u cant find anything as there cheap enough.

i am also havin similar problem for a year now...have no idea what it is..
i do have more boost though...but instead of 1.4 bar on 3000 rpm i get only 0.8-1 bar..
tried different n75..no luck...
however, boost seems normal after 5500 rpm...0.8ish and dropping to 0.6 at redline..

It is on a standard map, it does have a stupid air filter at the minuite as the airbox wasn't with the car at sale, also the air mass sensor is unpluged as it makes the car run very flat

When you say flat ? What do you mean? Holding back? If so the maf is likely to be at fault

Flat as in it does not boost. The car has had a lot of crap fitted to it I.e dump valve and the vacuum network has been butchered and is all mixed up I've got it too a safe point plus the diesel fuel filter was 5 years old so there was air and crap going to the injectors thus making it "flat" in the revs also.

Yeah its a tdi lol, I have had my scanner on it, it came back with N75? I deleted the code and it hasn't come back
