Uneven rear tyre wear

Has anybody had and resolved a problem with rear tyre wear on there Mk 1 leon cupra? I noticed it originally, the rear tyres were worn down to the metal beads only on the inside of both of the rear tyres only, i thought it was down to driving on soft tyres, the outside threads looked almost new. I replaced the tyres the problem seems to be still there after only several thousand miles. Can it be corrected? has anybody corrected it? Any advise?
i have read a few posts but nothing really helped.

i had tyre on the front done this when i bought it an it was a bent shock! no bother since

that would make it two bent shocks on the rear.

ive seen a few other threads on the forum aboput uneven tyre wear on the rears.. think possibly someone had a bent rear axel which caused it.. have a search

you could go for a laser alignment to see if they are out at all

would love to know the solution, seems a camber adjustment can sort some of it out
