I maybe wrong but I’d hazard a guess that the word ‘OFF’ beside the wireless charging ‘Qi’ symbol means wireless charging is set to ‘off’ in the relevant vehicle or phone settings menu.

you are right. I had unticked the wireless charging for mobile devices option.
