upgrade some features in Toledo 2016 Reference

Dears,
Do we can upgrade some features in Toledo 2016 Reference (1.6 MPI)?
We need to add:
* Cruse control
* Fog light
* New casset in consol
* Front parking sensor
The Agent in Egypt is telling that he can not make any upgrade to the car.

Is it right or we may check something?

I Have Just Purchased Seat Toledo 2016 i have called the agent regarding this issues
And the Reply was:
* Cruse control -- Special Wiring that need to be added so the function is activated which they don't have it
* Fog lights -- Special Wiring + changing the light control key to support fog lights which they don't have it
* Front parking sensor -- Special Wiring + Front Sensors + Special Button to enable/disable Sensors upgrading Car Software to Support the new sensors
* New casset in consol -- Seat Media System touch/color with functionality of SD,USB & AUX without Bluetooth or CD Actually i need the members opinion if there is any Bluetooth adapter can be added to activate this facility as steering wheel already got phone button
