Upgrading speakers to beats system

If I would want to upgrade te standard sound system to the beats system in my Leon ST, would would be needed to be done? (I have access to all the beats speakers as wel as the trunk subwoofer.

Is everything just swapable? Are there wires in the trunk for the sub?

Would different DSP settings need to be loaded? Would I need a completely different amp?

None of the Beats specific wiring is installed in cars without Beats.
