V5 - IPOD/MP3 Aux - Line In Connector Advice

Hi All

I have the Double Din Nav Head unit in my V5 and I want to add an AUX / Line In connector but I need some advice on getting the correct one.

I have had a look on eBay and have found 2.

1 is for the MFD/RNS version 1 which is the one fitted to 1999-2004 model Toledo V5s

The other is for MFD/RNS 2 which is post 2004

My question is are the connectors on both RNS 1 and 2 the same?

Also if anyone reading this has fitted a AUX or Line In can you post up what one you have fitted.

Only the first one will work on the Mark 2, RNS 2 I believe is the DVD based sat nav fitted to the Mark 3.

But it's not the one I went for. I got the one that plugs in the TV socket, like this;

It's slightly cheaper, works just as well, and you don't lose your CD changer.
