Yeah Humpreys, they steered me in the wrong direction and got me looking a bit deep into a temp problem, didn't believe me when I said that I thought it was the new thermostat they'd supplied that was faulty. Quite annoying when its about a 30 mile round trip and I went 3 times for something that should have been ok after the first one
yeah i didnt have any luck with them, i rang them up to ask about my problem and they were very un helpful, they wanted £99 just to plug my car into the diagnostics, and they said they would charge even if they didnt find any faults. C S Motors in witney said they would plug it in and would be £30 but if didnt find a fault wouldnt charge as they said they cant charge if there is not a problem, so if the problem stills persists might have to bite the bullet and take the car to them.
im thinking off buying a vag com myself, just the freeware one as you can get them off vag com website for £20 that can apparently read and clear faults, so could be a good investment
