VAG request - Colchester, Essex area

Hello all,

I've been pointed in this direction to get one of my keys reset. I've got 2 sets of remote unlock keys, they both unlock the car but only 1 will start it. I don't have the SKC either

im close ish with Vag Com but have no idea how the keys are coded, though your more than welcome to have a play!

same as above, got vagcom and i'm in colchester but I dont know without help on how to do that
