You need to do a run in 4th from low ish revs right up to the red line without lifting to get some decent readings. But as you say that top reading is 1.4bar which is about 21 psi....strange that the car was only requesting a lot less than that though and it was actually giving 1.4bar

i have been having problems with my maf if that could cause it, i only refitted it before i did the run this morning after giving it a good clean will try a run in 4th tomoz many thanks

AFR=vag-com reading / 14.7, Mike..

The whole BHP calc from MAF reading can be so far out its not something I would rely on. It can also vary, some say MAF * 1.3, some say MAF * 1.2 and some say MAF * 1.25.....

You have to also take into account how boost, timing, intake temp etc etc effect how power is made, not just MAF readings...

Last time it was on the rollers was 330. Since done De Cat, Heat reflective wrapped inlet and fitted RS4 fuel return valve.

APR has always given tame / safe / conservative figures, going REVO when I move back to England ;)
