maybe you didn't bed your new disks and pads in

you need to take it well easy on the brakes for at least 200 miles before you stand on them

I've had this, tried every combination and it turned out to be the tracking.

Yep, discs are warped matey, dont worry about it, mine are fooked, only had them on maybe 2 months, bedded them in properly aswell, just dont think the standard 312's are up to my standards of braking:whistle: especially when they go blue

sound warped to me but could be worn bushes or something else are your disks all ripples or really smooth,
spaniels thats due to the extra weight of the tdi lump lol you need to break harder

My mums polo used to vibrate like a washing machine when heavy breaking. Changed the disks and pads for her! All Gone - smooth as ice now

i worn them in easy reall easy for me lol this is bad news news for me dont really have to much cash... need 2 tyres after i get paid ....

I need a full set of tryes within maybe the next 2 months, new discs, and may aswell uprate the pads aswell, i also need tax at the end of the month. Then to top all that i need to pay off my cc

Lots of hard braking over time will warp discs on road cars. They aren't really designed to take lots of abuse. If you think that you haven't been overly rough with them, it might be worth talking to whoever you bought them from and explaining the problem. Could be that they were a dodgy set to start with (although unlikely).

Do you sit with your footbrake on at traffic lights? This can damage discs particularly if you have been ragging it, as the heat in the pads and discs can't dissipate at the same rate as the rest of the disc if they are pressed together. Also if they are really hot, you can end up with some of the pad material transferring over to the disc causing a rough patch.
