Vibration and engine moving a bit on tickover

I noticed the other day when I was parked up a lights I could feel the car rocking back and fourth the engine sounded like it was missing a bit. So when I got home and lifted the bonnet up I could actualy see the engine rocking back and fourth about 1 to 2 inches in both directions. Could this just be a worn engine mount ? I originaly just put it down to having a full stainless exhaust system making the car rock. Hell what do I know !! Thanks

deffo a warn engine mount, will probably be the front mount i recon, check it and wobble your engine by hand and have a look
