Vibration noise at higher speeds (post pot hole incident)

A while ago now I hit a pot hole really hard, which caused a bulge in my tyre and a slight mark to my rim. However, at higher speeds there is a noise coming from the front left of the car (which hit the pothole). The tyre was replaced and the car was looked at by a local garage but couldn't seem to find the source of the noise. They swapped wheels around which didn't move the issue, so seems that it's not a damaged wheel. But not sure how much other testing the did.

Strangely the noise seems to then go away eventually at even higher speeds (just during testing) so there is a range of around 25mph where I get the noise.

The question is where could the noise come. Wheel bearing would technically just get louder and not disappear? Could the shock have gone down the axle and damaged something there? I was thinking of changing the hub bearing assembly as it's not too expensive to do parts wise and happy to attempt that myself, but is that just a pointless thing to do?

If I'm already taking things off to change that, is there any other items that might be worth changing at the same time (if low cost) that could be to cause. A bearing on the other end of the drive shaft? Sorry, don't know all of the specific terms.

So yeah, just trying to work out the best things to do.

I saw that, but my symptoms are different. Mine is more about the noise with slight vibration, where as the other post seems to have severe vibration.

Check the hub/driveshaft retaining bolt is tight. Just had a knocking/rattling noise from front suspension and the bolt had loosened half a turn.
