Vibration on clutch pedal

Ok driving along with sole of foot on clutch pedal and heel of foot on floor a can feel a really bad vibration both through pedal and floor
Any ideas ?
Clutch it's self seems fine done the hill test and no slip

Oops sorry cars a 07 plate cupra if that helps

The seem to have a vibration through the clutch. Mine does when driving and all seems fine.

Clutch release bearing worn?
