Vw rns510!!

I have a Oct 2007 mk2 leon cupra, have just installed the VW RNS510 version B MFD3 and only the volume button on the steering wheel works is there a way anybody has got all the controls to work via a canbus adaptor or vag com

Also has anyone had a problem fitting the fascia plate to the unit once installed as mine won't click into place around the edges any help appreciated

You need some clips for the fascia to fit correctly, it's all in dans guide

they come in packs of 6 , i only used 6 when i fitted my new fascia , its all you need really and under £3 iirc.

All steering controls should work - I've got a MY08 FR with the B version and all is well. Mate has A version with latest firmware on a MY06 car and all buttons work too.
