Warranty expiring

The warranty on my LCR runs out in 3 weeks and i just wondered what, if any, things have been commonly replaced under warranty so i can check them over. It would be pretty annoying to find the warranty had just expired and there was something i could have claimed for but didn't!

temp coolant sensor, top suspension mounts and airbag for me

you can actually ask them to check everything for you its just whether you trust them or not

Funny you should mention coolant temp sensor as on very cold morning's mine comes on for no apparant reason... once the coolant is hot if i turn the car off then restart it the light goes resets and doesn't come on. I'm going to get the car checked over by an independant garage i use on thursday too just to be sure. The airbag light was on when i bought it but i reset it using vag-com and have had no issues since. Don't think i'd trust seat unfortunately!

that means its knackered mine did that when mine went

my airbag went off in my face whilst i was drinking a macdonalds milk shake.......





no only joking just had a funny image come into my head, i had mine reset but came on again after so many miles

Make sure your (engine) fans work at both speed settings. They should always be on, when your aircon is on. (slow speed)
